Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.00 USD within the continental United States.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: No returns, exchanges or refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please submit an inquiry with your order number through our contact page. We will be happy to work with you to solve the issue.

Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for secure checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Please submit an inquiry through our contact page immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

Product Information

Q: Can you guarantee what material(s) the item is made up of?
A: Since our pre-loved items are sourced and not manufactured, we must default to what the manufacturers tag states. The manufacturers tag will be pictured with the product card. 

Q: Do you have a size guide?
A: There is no consolidated size guide that we can provide due to each item being from different brands and manufacturers. However, the measurements of each item will be listed in the item description.

Q: Are the items clean?
A: Each item is sourced from a local thrift store, which will usually wash clothing items but not always. Once selected by us, the item is washed in house with baking soda, white vinegar, and a small amount of detergent. Please wash each item with your preferred detergents or cleaning products before wearing to avoid allergic reactions.
